PhD Project

Assessing the association between teacher workforce policies and student outcomes

  • This project aims to gain insights into the associations between different policies related to teaching career across countries, and educational quality and equity.
  • Teacher qualifications, working conditions and professional development are considered in the analyses, as well as student achievement and motivation.
